Property Maintenance in Bansko

The 1 May 2009 update to the Condominium Act gives more power to you, the owner; to choose how you wish to have the common areas of your apartment complex looked after. In the majority of cases, owners need no longer have maintenance providers imposed on them by their Developer. Owners are the decision makers now which is absolutely as it should be.
