Our Team
All of the maintenance team members regularly visit each of our managed apartments to check any repairs that may be necessary. This may just be a tightening of a door handle or a valve under a sink but these are so necessary to maintain a good standard in each unit.
Sasho Duzmanchin
Sasho is responsible for many tasks including installing many shower cubicles, repainting apartment interior walls, plumbing in washing machines, wiring ovens and extractor fans, fitting sockets and other electrical installations, fitting shelving etc. He is also a handy man to have around if a car breaks down as there is nothing he doesn’t know about car mechanics!
Dinko Rabadjiev
Dinko carries out many varied tasks including plumbing works and electrical works, but his main specialties are tiling and woodworking including the maintenance of balconies and terraces. His work is exceptional as he pays great attention to detail and cares greatly about the finished product.
Our Operations Team
Some of our operations team members are listed below.
Iskra Kuncheva
Iskra is our Operations Manager and is responsible for organising the full team to ensure the operation as a whole runs smoothly. She is also our main client interface. She originally hails from Ruse but relocated to Razlog when she married and now has a lovely little boy called Martin.
Lisa Applebee
Lisa is a member of our administration with responsibility for client accounts, quotes, invoices etc. She relocated to Bansko in 2007 with her partner and daughter. Her parents run a very successful catered ski chalet in the resort.
Adam Leng
Adam is our Property Manager. He is originally from Rotherham. Adam has experience in property maintenance and is our ‘eyes and ears’ in each apartment he visits carrying out his regular checks!
Emilia Glushkova
Emilia is a member of our administration team and assists both Iskra and Lisa in the day to day operations of the company. She will assume more responsibility in the future for the complete accommodation booking system and procedures and also deal with client accounts.
Kiril Prodanichin
Kiril is our IT support analyst. He is responsible for our database systems and provides development solutions for our extensive website. He carries out updates, amendments and additions we want to make to it.
Elena Rabadjieva
Elena is our housekeeper. Elena directs our full cleaning team and is responsible for all pre arrival checks. Elena is a bit of a workaholic and she truly cares about each and every client and guest. Her favourite saying is ‘if the clients are happy, then I am happy’!
