About Us
My name is Susan Dempster and I am the Managing Director of Alexander Services Ltd. Our company is named in memory of my father who died in
2001 after a brave battle against a very aggressive form of cancer. He was a man of great principles and our work in Bansko is a continual tribute to him.
My husband James and I came to Bansko in search of a holiday apartment in
2004. When we found the ideal one, we found it increasingly difficult to find anyone to look after it or to supply furniture or to pay bills. Both our backgrounds are in Facilities and Property Management having worked in the UK for many years in this field. We had been looking to move abroad to live and work and Bansko presented an opportunity leading to our company being registered in 2005. We have invested heavily in Property Management innovations which greatly benefit our clients including a dedicated helpdesk and a digital security checking system. Our onsite Help Desk System means we keep track of every single job on the go and each client is kept informed of progress by return. Our digital security system gives confidence to owners that checks are actually carried out as the chip inserted in each location,
when connected to the digi reader, gives details of the date, time and the
person who has carried out the check. Proof positive that a check has indeed been carried out.
We are today a very well established company with a reputation we are quite rightly very proud of. We recognise that in our business there is great competition but we are honest in our approach and consistently exceed the standards set by our contemporaries. We have the infrastructure in place to ensure the work entrusted to us can be realistically achieved.
We have a super team of experienced Bulgarians and UK personnel, working together to give excellent customer care and service to every client. Our product offering is extensive and includes a full property management and rental service plus a full common area maintenance service to complexes.
We treat all our clients the way we would ourselves like to be treated in the same position. Communication is key in our business and we are in regular contact with all our owners – always at the end of an email or phone call. We send out regular general newsletters to all our clients. We offer each client a hassle free experience to ensure complete enjoyment of their home from home and property investment.
With a permanent, highly visible, office based in Bansko, we are backed up with centrally developed and bespoke management systems. These systems provide the day-today support necessary in delivering the highest standards to our clients.
